Nicole Velebil
A fixture in all areas of sports… Nicole was a high school athlete sidelined by a career-ending knee injury in her senior season. She turned her attention to becoming a coach and earned a kinesiology and history degree from Texas Lutheran University in 2000. Following graduation, she began teaching and coaching high school basketball, volleyball and track. Although she left the coaching field in 2007, she is still a fixture in the classroom as a social studies teacher.
Aside from her duties with Game Time Video Production… Nicole is active in the Texas Association of Sports Officials as a varsity baseball umpire and has been calling high school and Babe Ruth baseball games since 2006. She also competes in triathlons and has consistently placed in the top 10 of her age group in multiple sprint-distance races in the Houston area. In April of 2010 and April 2011, she completed the Half Ironman distance and has plans to race a full Ironman triathlon by 2013.
