My DVD won't play in my DVD player

Game Time Video uses the DVD-R format for recording your videos. It is the most compatible format available for DVD players today (aside from “pressed discs” which are much more expensive to produce).

Please check your videos as soon as possible. If your DVD fails to play, we will replace your DVD copy within 7 calendar days of your purchase, free of charge.

If, after replacing your DVD, it still does not play, Game Time Video will copy your project to VHS at no charge, upon return of all original, undamaged DVDs.

DVDs must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging. Sorry, we cannot exchange discs that are scratched or damaged.
